The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 54 of 2026, under Sections- 305, 331(4), 317(2), 3(5) BNS, Police Station-North, District- Firozabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently, on the basis of an alleged false recovery of Rs.2,47,000/- from the joint possession of the applicant and the co-accused, he has been falsely implicated. It is further submitted that the applicant is an e-rickshaw driver, and while he was driving his e-rickshaw carrying the co-accused, the aforesaid amount was recovered from the possession of the co-accused.
