Heard Sri Ehtesham Afsar Khan, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Shiv Dutta Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. At the very outset, learned AGA submits that notice has been served on first informant. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime no. 342 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 351(2), 352 B.N.S. & Section 5/6 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Thariyaon, District Fatehpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the first information report have been lodged after delay of six days, for which there is no explanation offered and there are material contradictions
