Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to make necessary correction in the memo application during the course of the day. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 49 of 2025, under Section 318(4) of B.N.S. and Section 66D of I.T. Act, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime Cyber Crime, District Ghaziabad, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the applicant is not named in the first information report and the name of the applicant has surfaced
