The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Pawan Rawat with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 382 of 2023, under Sections 21/22 of NDPS Act, police station G.R.P. Mathura Junction, district Mathura, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.
