The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicants Manchandra @ Ram Singh and Sunil Kumar with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 289 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2) B.N.S. and 3/5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, police station Khakhreru, district Fatehpur. 3.
