The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicants Manchandra @ Ram Singh and Sunil Kumar with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 289 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2) B.N.S. and 3/5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, police station Khakhreru, district Fatehpur. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.
