The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Yogendra with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 181 of 2025, under Section 8/20/299 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Meerapur, District Muzaffarnagar during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R. His name has surfaced only in the confessional statement of the arrested co-accused, Ramesh, from whose possession 66 kg 800 grams of ganja is alleged to have been recovered. The app
