Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.359 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 118(1), 351(2), 352, 109 of B.N.S. and Section 3/4/25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Pilkhuwa, District Hapur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that this is the second bail application of the applicant filed on behalf of the applicant and the first bail application was rejected on 24.07.2025 on merits. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in th
