The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.529 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2), 333, 74, 115(2), 117(2), 352, 31(3), 109, 3(5) BNS, Police Station-Cantt, District-Bareilly, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, in the FIR as well as in the statement of the injured, general allegations have been made and no specific role has been assigned to the applicant to cause any injury.
