Court No. - 69 HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR SINGH DESHWAL, J. 1. Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri D.P.S. Chauhan, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.529 of 2025, under Sections-191(2), 333, 74, 115(2), 117(2), 352, 351(3), 109, 3(5) BNS, Police Station-Cantt, District-Bareilly, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR, general allegation of beating and causing injury has been made against six persons including the applicant. However, in the statement of injured Vedram and Sushila, though, allegation of beating has been made against all the accused persons but specific allegation has also been made against the applicant for causing one head injury.
