The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 58 of 2025, under Sections 317(2), 317 (4) of B.N.S., 2023, at Police Station Sipri Bazar, District Jhansi. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the allegation in the FIR has been made someone has stolen a motorcycle No.U.P. 93 BD 3803 Honda Sine JP 125 CC. Subsequently, on arresting of co-accused the name of the applicant has been surfaced and he was arrested while sitting in Ertiga Car.
