The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.492 of 2025, under Sections 317(2), 318(4) B.N.S, Police Station Panki, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR, and in the FIR, the allegation was made against one Bablu. However, the police has falsely implicated the applicant along with the two other accused persons by showing recovery of Rs.1,12,500/- and certain articles of yellow metal, though in the FIR, there was discussion of only one person and the first informant has not identified the applicant as the person who represented himself as Bablu.
