The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 420 of 2025 (State Vs. Mohd. Alam), under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(2), 340(2), 61(2) BNS, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Saharanpur. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the applicant was not named in the FIR.
