Heard Sri Umesh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.352 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 352, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Babina, District Jhansi. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that initially a missing report of deceased Sheela Devi was made in the morning of 11.11.2025 by the first informant, thereafter on finding of the death body of the deceased Sheela Devi, an FIR was lodged on 11.11.2019 at 12:35 P.M. expressing a doubt over the applicant as well as her son Brij Lal for causing death of the deceased Sheela Devi. C
