The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.529 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 333, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Cantt, District Bareilly. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant has been falsely implicated, though, there is no incriminating material against the applicant. It is further submitted that in the FIR only general allegation has been made against all the accused persons including the applicant.
