The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.372 of 2025 (wrongly mentioned as Case Crime No.372 in the prayer clause) under Sections 305, 331(4) & 317 (2) B.N.S., Police Station Gabhana, District Aligarh. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently on the basis of false recovery of 6 bells, he has been falsely implicated, though, there is no compliance of Section 105 of BNSS regarding conducting videography of the preparation of fard as well as recovery and sending the pen drive of the same to the concerned Magistrate within 48 hours as required by Rule 18 of the Uttar Pradesh Bharatiya Nag
