The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.372 of 2025 (wrongly mentioned as Case Crime No.372 in the prayer clause) under Sections 305, 331(4) & 317 (2) B.N.S., Police Station Gabhana, District Aligarh. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was not named in the FIR.
