The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.202 of 2025, under Sections- 309(4), 352, 351(3), 317(2), 117(2) of BNS, Police Station- Gaura Badshahpur, District-Jaunpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR, wherein the allegation is of looting the bag of the first informant, which contained Rs. 1,80,000/- and an ATM card. After 45 days, on the basis of the recovery of Rs. 3,000/- from the applicant, he has been falsely implicated, though there is no incriminating material.
