The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Sarfaraj, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 40 of 2026, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act & Section 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Section 109 B.N.S., registered at Police Station Saiyadrija, District Chandauli, during pendency of the trial. 3.
