The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Zaid, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 701 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, and Section 3/11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal, Section 3/25/27 Arms Act and Section 109, 3(5) B.N.S., registered at Police Station Garhmukhteshwar, District Hapur, during pendency of the trial. 3.
