Heard Sri Vinay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.201 of 2025, under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 318(4), 61(2) of BNS, Police Station Govind nagar, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently in the confessional statement of the co- accused Raj Kumar, name of the applicant has been surfaced and merely on the basis of recovery of car key, mobile phone and Rs.750/-, he has been falsely implicated. It is further submitted that the applicant has explained the criminal history of four cases in the accompanying affidavit.
