The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.10 of 2025, under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station Anti Corruption Gonda, District Gonda during pendency of the trial. 3. As per prosecution case, complainant has lodged the F.I.R on 18.11.2025 stating therein that one Deenath Nath has made an application on 13.11.2025 that the applicant, who is holding the post of Revenue Inspector, demanded the bribe of Rs.6,000/- for submitting demarcation report. 4.
