The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 27 of 2026, under Sections- 109, 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 324(4), 333 of B.N.S., Police Station- Bairia, District- Ballia, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently, in the statement of the first informant, as well as in the statement of the injured, the name of the applicant surfaced as an accused, though there is no specific allegation against the applicant.
