At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently in the prayer clause of the bail application, police station has been wrongly mentioned as 'Bakewar' in place of 'Kotwali' and he seeks permission to correct the same. A supplementary affidavit in this regard has also been filed today in court, which is taken on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction during the course of the day. 3. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State- respondent and perused the record. 4. This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Satyendra Yadav seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.407 of 2025 under Sections 87 and 137(2) BNS, P.S.- Kotwali, District- Fatehpur, during pendency of trial. 5.
