This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Gagan @ Kare seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.327 of 2025 under Sections 140(2) BNS, P.S.- Etmaddaula, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. 3. Tersely, as per allegation contained in the FIR, two unknown persons have kidnapped the minor grandson of the informant having age of five years only. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR and due to family dispute, he has been falsely implicated in this case.
