Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the allegation levelled against the applicant is that the applicant had enticed her away on 31.12.2024 to a hotel/resort and in a cold drink he administered some intoxicated substance and she became unconscious and that the applicant had committed rape with her and also prepared a video, clicked photograph, which was also uploaded on fake I.D. of Instagram.
