The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.30 of 2026, under Sections 318(4), 317(4), 317(5), 319(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 66 of I.T. Act, registered at Police Station Sector-113 Noida, District Buddh Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that the name of the applicant has surfaced in the confessional statement of the arrested co-accused Priyanka Vats, who has already been granted regular bail by the
