Heard Sri Rajendra Kumar Singh , learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anand Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 216 of 2025, under Sections- 109(1), 333, 115(2), 351(3), 352 of B.N.S., Police Station- Kanth, District- Moradabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, though in the FIR, general allegation has been made against the applicant and co-accused Jai Prakash, but in the statement of injured, specific allegation of causing injury with iron rod has been made against the co-accused Jai Prakash, and no specific role has been assigned to the applicant except to accompanying the co-accused Jai Prakash.
