Heard Sri Shashi Shankar Shukla , learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Roshan Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 04 of 2024, under Sections- 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC, Police Station- Bansi, District- Siddharth Nagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is the real nephew of the first informant, who has been residing in Uttarakhand for the last 30 years and has been looking after the said property. It is further submitted that on the basis of the Will executed by the father of the first informant, the name of the applicant has been mutated in the tehsil record. Subsequently, a suit bearing Suit No. 244 of 2020 (Tej Bahadur Vs. Shambhu and others) was filed b
