This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Amit Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 35 of 2026, under Sections 3(5), 221, 196 (1), 189 BNS and 3/5 (1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2024, Police Station- Line Bazar, District- Jaunpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 26.01.2026.
