This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Sadik @ Atal seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.511 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 117(2), 132 B.N.S., Police Station Mawana, District Meerut. 4. Tersely, as per the allegation contained in the FIR three accused persons, who are named in the FIR alongwith one unknown have caused injury to the injured with hard and blunt object. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused-applicant has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant is languishing in jail since 12.1.2026. It is submitted that applicant is not named
