The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.191 of 2025, under Sections- 3(5), 103(1), 61(2), 140(1), 238 BNS, Police Station-Achhalda, District-Agra, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the FIR was lodged after a delay of two days. As per the allegations in the FIR, on 24.09.2025 at 11:00 a.m., the deceased was abducted by the accused persons, including the applicant, and thereafter, by causing firearm injuries, they took him away in a car.
