Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Anupam Anand, learned Brief Holder for the State-opposite party, and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 484 of 2025, under Sections 3, 5, 8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station Khutar, District Shahjahanpur during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The name of the applicant was disclosed by co-accused Mujiburrahman @ Neta, who was arrested at the spot. The said statement, insofar as it implicates the applicant, is unreliable. No recovery of any incriminating article has been made from the applicant. Co-accused Mujiburrahman @ Neta has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.01.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application
