The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 534 of 2025, under Sections- 352, 351(3), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of BNS, Police Station- Tanda, District-Rampur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant is the original resident of village-Alipur, Chachipur, Tehsil-Bilsi, district- Badaun where the father of the applicant was having agricultural land but by the operator of the Jan Seva Kendra, his address has been incorrectly mentioned as District- Rampur which could not be verified and the certificate of the applicant has been declared as forged.
