Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.149 of 2016, under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station- Kotwali, District Prayagraj. 3. This matter was heard on 12th March, 2026. On that date, learned AGA could not properly assist the Court for want of sufficient instructions as the format of instruction sent by I.O. was not updated. Therefore, the Director of Prosecution, U.P. was directed to appear before this Court through V.C. 4. In pursuance of the order dated 12th March, 2026, the Director of Prosecution is present before this Court through V.C. and apprised the Court that letters to all the District Police Chiefs
