Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 957 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1), 351(3) of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Kotwali, District - Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
