The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.260 of 2012, under Sections 409, 120-B of I.P.C. and Section 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act, registered at Police Station Ghatampur, District Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3.
