The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Ishteyaq @ Lallu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 43 of 2025, under Sections 340(2), 336(3), 308(6), 3(5), 338, 319(2), 318(2) B.N.S. and Section 66C, 66D IT Act and Sections 20 & 21 Indian Telegraph Act, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, District Fatehpur, during pendency of the trial. 4.
