Court No. - 73 HON'BLE VIKRAM D. CHAUHAN, J. 1. Heard Sri Raghuvansh Misra, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is prosecuted under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. Learned counsel for applicant further submits that as per the prosecution case the allegation is that applicant has demanded Rs.5000/- for submitting a report in respect of an FIR lodged by complainant. The applicant is a Sub- Inspector. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that perusal of the FIR would go to show that the only allegation is that there is a demand of Rs. 5000/-, however, there is no acceptance of the amount as bribe.
