The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicants on bail in Case Crime No. 641 of 2025, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120B I.P.C, P.S. Khair, District Aligarh. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicants is that the applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the applicants purchased the land from the co- sharer of the first informant in Gata No.418-A, Village Gaurola, P.S. Tapla, Tehsil Khair, District Aligarh through different sale deeds, and that part of the land was transferred to the co-accused Bablu and, therefore, the applicant has not committed any offence.
