The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime no. 138 of 2025, under Sections 8/20/27(a)/29/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Myorpur, District Sonbhadra, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
