Supplementary affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri S.S. Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri B.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 372 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 142 BNS and Section 16/17 POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Ahmadgarh, District Bulandshahr, during pendency of the trial. 4. At the very outset, learned AGA submits that notice has been served on the mother of the first informant. 5. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the victim in her state
