The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 53 of 2025, under Sections- 305, 331(4), 317(2), BNS, Police Station-Hastinapur, District-Meerut, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was not named in the FIR. More than two months ago, recovery of one gas cylinder and certain crockery were shown to be recovered on pointing out of the applicant and other co-accused persons from open place. It is further submitted that the applicant has explained the criminal history of six cases in the accompanying affidavit.
