Heard Sri Abou Sofian Usmani, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Babloo Pant, learned counsel for the first informant and Sri Roshan Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.30 of 2026, under Sections- 115(2), 333, 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 352, 351(3) of BNS, Police Station-Inchauli, District- Meerut, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR as well as in the statement of injured, general allegation has been made against eight persons including the applicant. However, specific role of causing firearm injury has been assigned to the co-accused Shoib and no specific role has been assigned to the applicant.
