Heard Shri Vinay Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, and Shri B.P. Maurya, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 714 of 2024, under Sections 109, 351(2) of B.N.S. and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Handia, District Prayagraj, during pendency of the trial. 4.
