The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Naved @ Dulha, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 647 of 2025, under Section 3/5/8 Cow Protection/Slaughter Prohibition Act and 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, registered at Police Station Bilari, District Moradabad, during pendency of the trial. 3.
