The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Dilshad, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 331 of 2025, under Sections 8/20/29 N.D.P.S. Act, registered at Police Station Ecotech- 3, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that the applicant was not named in the First Information Report and his name surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Asu @ Ashu.
