The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Akbar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 701 of 2025, under Sections 3/5//8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 3/11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, Section 3/25/27 Arms Act and Section 109, 3(5) of B.N.S., registered at Police Station Garhmukteshwar, District Hapur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
