The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicants Raja @ Rajkumar and Karmveer Singh, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 31 of 2026, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, registered at Police Station Kakod, District Bulandshahar, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
