The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Vinod Kumar Chauhan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 55 of 2025, under Section 2(b)(i), 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, registered at Police Station Chilhia, District Siddharth Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3.
