The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.212 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 103(1), 3(5) BNS, Police Station Khekada, District Baghpat, during pendency of the trial. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 08.07.2025 against the applicant and his wife alongwith two others.
