This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Ravinder Mehta, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 231 of 2025, under Section 7 Prevention of Corruption Act,, Police Station Adarsh Mandi, District Shamli. 4. The facts of the case are that an application dated 05.12.2025 was given by Mahesh Kumar the original complainant in the office of Superintendent of Police, U.P., Vigilance Department, Meerut Sector, Meerut that he has purchased 26 bigha land in the name of his wife Sangeeta and bhabhi Neelam for Rs. 90 Lakhs on 15.06.2024 showing the value of land of Rs. 1,04,20,000/-.
